I have been in the Mortgage Business since 1998.  I started out as a Loan Officer and quickly went up to Owning my own Mortgage Brokerage firm in 2001.  After the Economic Collapse of 2006-2008 I decided to downsize and just take care of my clients and chose not deal with all the stress involving running a company.  Because I know every facet of the mortgage business I can understand every particular clients needs and can figure out immediately what program will best suit your individual needs.  From processing your file to knowing what Underwriters will need to get your loan approved. I have an extensive knowledge base that other Loan Officers just do not have.  My strongest assets are problem solving and I take an old fashioned approach.  I handle your business as if it were my own.  99% of my work is from referrals.  Past clients routinely seek out my services again and have their adult children and other family members use my skill set.  Local realtors routinely refer their clients to me as well.

I was raised in large tight family that my father emphasized integrity, hard work and strict values to guide us all.  I have since passed these values onto my children, ages 22 and 15. I am a veteran of the USMC and work very hard to do my best at my job and in my community.  I chose to work at East Coast Capital since the owner and the staff have these common values and I will always give my best efforts to help you obtain your goals.
